2006-07: Competed in one tournament during the spring season for Northern Colorado, taking 87th (240 three-day total) in the Western Intercollegiate tournament.
2005-06: Competed in one varsity event as a sophomore, placing 34th (231 three-day total) at the NCAA Division I Independent championship tournament... Played in three events for the Bears' "B" team... Finished third (149 three-day total; 68 in the final round) at the Colorado Mines/Regis Invitational... Finished sixth (218 three-day total) at the Air Force J.V. Invitational.
2004-05: Played in one event as a freshman, finishing 15th (228 three-day total) at the Northern Colorado Invitational.
High school: Was a four-year letterwinner for coach Ron Gray at Dowling Catholic in Des Moines, Iowa... Was a team captain at Dowling and three-time team most-valuable player... Was a conference champion in 2002 and runner-up in 2003... Was a three-time all-conference selection... Twice finished in the top 10 at the international Little People's Championship held in Quincy, Ill.... Made cut at Iowa State Men's Amateur Championship tournament and tied for second in the Iowa State Junior Series... Spent a summer at the David Leadbetter Golf Academy in Bradenton, Florida... Also played tennis at Dowling... Wan an honor roll member.
